Design
Our Farmhouse stool boasts the thickest seat we offer with a deeper carving to complement. In addition, the stool is supported by more substantial walnut legs for a solid, sturdy frame, yet still maintaining a minimal design aesthetic. We always select the widest pieces of walnut for the tops of our stools. This really showcases the stunning beauty of this natural material with its continuously flowing grain patterns Very rarely are such wide pieces used in modern furniture making - your new furniture will be truly unique.
Material
Walnut is a beautiful dense hardwood with colour ranging from dark chocolate brown to rich golden mid tones. We always use the widest timber available to us showcasing the natural, flowing grain patterns of this stunning material. As walnut is a natural material you should still expect slight visual differences between each stool. For example, joints, knots, grain pattern and colouration will vary between stools. Each and every stool is utterly unique.
Soft pads are fitted to the feet of each leg to protect your floor and two footrests provide additional comfort.
All our furniture is hand-crafted in our bespoke workshop located in Beccles, Suffolk with timber sourced from our local sawmill.
